Retired players must follow the following rules to return to the competition, otherwise, taking part in the competition is equivalent to violating the regulations and the results must be cancelled: At least 6 months before the start of the competition, submit the written application and the whereabouts information during the period from the application to the start of the competition to CTADA,It can also ask you to accept out-of-competition testing without prior notice.
